Store Policies

RETURNS For a full refund (minus shipping and handling costs) Your return must be postmarked within 30 business days of order receipt. All returns not postmarked within 30 business days (from the day delivered to customer) will be eligible for Store Credit only. Store credit is non-refundable. All items purchased through EBay are N)N-REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition. Soiled, damaged, worn, or used items will not be eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund. Returned merchandise is processed within 10 to 14 business days of receipt. When your returned merchandise is processed, any credits due will be credited to your original method of payment. If a credit is issued to your credit card you will see the credit in 1-2 billing cycles. If for any reason we are not able to issue a refund to your original payment method your refund will be issued in the form of a company check. Again, please allow 10-14 business days from when we receive your return for completion of processing. Shipping/Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please include a copy of your Packing List and state the reason for return and what you would like instead (replacement item indicated by SKU# and title, store credit, or refund). EXCHANGES When you return an item for exchange you will first be credited for the item returned. Then an order is created for the replacement item. The credit for the returned item will be applied to the newly created order for the replacement item and you will be invoiced for any remaining balance due such as the cost of shipping the new item. To speed up the exchange process you may choose to include a check for $7.50 to cover the cost or shipping your replacement item. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the exchange process to be completed. ORDER ERRORS On rare instances, an order might be sent in error, or the item(s) you receive may be flawed. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and email or call us right away if there is a problem. You will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise for order errors.
